Here's a fun little game I like to play. One person lists a quote. The person able to name where it's from gets to list the next quote, and so on.

I'll go first:

"Wise man say, 'Forgiveness is divine, but never pay full price for late pizza.'"

sounds like the princess bride.
This is probably too short and vague for many people to get. but, we'll see...

"you can't just lump things into two categories, things aren't that simple"

i know Sarah could get it.

Bah! It seemed like it might've been from Donnie Darko, but something seemed a bit off. Then I realized you got the line wrong.

"Life isn't that simple... you can't just lump everything into two categories and then deny everything else!" - Donnie, in response to the Fear vs. Love lecture, Donnie Darko

BTW, thrillhouse, I'm glad you like the thread. I love these sorts of things.

Ok, my turn again.

Heh, I hate this movie, but not wise to mention to your bro using this line in one of your movies Thom,
Quote:

it's from Amelie

heres one:

You know, this whole thing's my fault anyway. I figured I wasn't a kid anymore. I figured I was ready for this.

..concerning my quote. You're right..i paraphrased. For some reason I thought it was exact.

Isn't "wherever you go, there you are" from a Clint Black song? And..i hardly even listen to country.

Actually, that wasn't the movie I was thinking of..I didn't even know that
line was in the Brady Bunch. I'll give you a bigger hint.

Quote:
Hey, hey, calm down. Don't be mean. We don't have to be mean.
'Cause, remember, no matter where you go..... there you are."

Sorry, I had the quote wrong. Great movie though.

"You were nothing before you met me. You were playing barbies with Betty Finn. You were a bluebird, you were a brownie, you were a girl scout cookie.
......Transfer to Washington, transfer to Jefferson, no one at Westerburg is gonna let you play their reindeer games".

And I was gonna use a Fight Club quote, dammit!

Ok, here:

"Don't touch that please, your primitive intellect wouldn't understand things with alloys and compositions and things with ... molecular structures."
