Nobody has seen it yet. Well...Kernan and Matt were supposed to see it today.
Either way, my guess is that it will be as crappy as Chicago. Well, that's pretty damning. At least half as crappy as Chicago. |

i'm with Mac on this one. I don't really see where its a favorite on Smart-Popcorn. I was just picking on the guys here for being so opposed to seeing it. As was my impresion from their cast.
But, hey.. if anyone over at SMART-POPcast does see it and wanna talk about it, we're going to have a pretty interesting discussion on the PSP. Ray and Nate are pretty... "I don't think so" and Matt and I are like "might not be TOOO bad!" Haha! So ya'll are more than welcome. We're casting early for Matt's sake. hehe.
I'm indifferent towards whether it'll be good or not. But i'm taking a master's class in musicals at the moment, so I feel compelled to see it and then write my final paper on Chicago. haha! ok ok. That's unfair to say like that. On Chicago and Pennies from Heaven and how their leading characters, living in Chicago during depressive (not Depression) times, fall prey to moral corruption which is exposed in their musical numbers. And how the majority of the musical numbers take place in a mingling of imagined sets and the real set and are mostly from the POV of the leading character (Steve Martin, Renee Zellweger). I HATE CHICAGO!!!

I'll see it, no I'll see it, I just don't have very high expectations of it, especially with Chris Columbus at the wheel. _________________ "Trying is the first step toward failure." -Homer Simpson |

I loved how Phil was talking about Emma's boobs and the snape kills dumbeldore I also thought it was funny when Thom forced Mitch to give HP a smarts-popcorn rating and he doesn't want to do it. Great stuff, I hope I do as good as you guys |

Mine is an extension of an early ignored invititation, since you originally said you weren't doing Rent. Whatever made you change your minds? _________________ Playing the world's smallest violin while nothing burns. |
